Inland Empire (David Lynch: US 2007): Lexington Showings and Cineaste Gatherings

Figuring that Lynch's new film Inland Empire will require multiple viewings and multipleperspectives, I am planning on seeing it at the Kentucky Theater (thanks LT for getting this film for us) twice this week (it will only be in town for one week! see it while it is here--in fact wednesday is the last night).

If you would like to join an interested, knowledgable group of cineastes to see the film you will havetwo opportunities:

1) Saturday at 4:30 I will be joining Richard Freed, Rob Sica and other cineastes from Eastern Kentucky University (ifyou do not know me, I will be the person wearing a black shirt that says "Stop Bitching, Start a Revolution") to see the film, followed by dinner and conversation at Alfalfa's.

2) Tuesday at 7:45 I will be watching the film with students from my film course. We will meet at Mia's before the film for refreshments. If you want to see the film with us feel free to email me or leave a comment here or just show up (I don't know what I will be wearing then).
